FURNACES:
- Check Operation of Thermostat
- Check Operation of Safety Limit Controls
- Lubricate Pump, Fan and Motor Bearings as Required
- Remove and Clean Motor and Blower Assembly
- Check Motor Amperage (Blower Motor)
- Check Gas Pressure on Furnace
- Check Condition, tension and alignment of Fan Belt – Adjust if Necessary
- Check Operation of Venter Blower
- Clean Burners and Visually Set for Proper Combustion and Ignition

AIR CONDITIONING:
- Check Evaporator Coil Fins and Condition
- Check Evaporator Cooling Coil for Restrictions
- Condensate Drain Plan Cleaned
- Blower Motor Circuit Boards
- Blower Motor Fan Relay and Motor Run Capacity Check
- Blower Motor Amperage Draw
- Verify Blower Wheel Condition
- Verify all Breaker/Fuse/Wiring Sizes and Condition
- Indoor Temperature and Relative Humidity Check
- Verify Duct Sizes
- Check outside Condenser Coil Fins, run capacitor, start capacitor, contactor relay and fan motor blade setting/balance
- Check Condenser Fan Motor Run Capacitor and the Electrical Disconnect Wiring and Verify Voltage
- Check ALL Electrical Connections
- Check Refrigerant Lines and the Overall Condition of Equipment
